Metin FADILLIOĞLU
Metin Fadıllıoğlu has been the concept designer of modern trend setting
restaurants and clubs in Turkey since the 1960’s. From 1994 onwards, he
has been involved in the rising activities and influence of NGOs,
triggering an awareness towards them within the upper echelons of
Turkish society. He has lead projects on critical thinking. He is also
an organizer of informal Istanbul gatherings to discuss philosophy,
history and theology, with a particular interest in the seperation of
textual versus tradition based interpretations of religion. He
completed his Abitur, attended the University of Freiburg in Breisgau,
and completed his Business Adinistration BA in 1966 at the Istanbul Galatasaray
Academy of Business Administration.
