GRF Young Scholars Seminars
First Part of the 2017 Term
The first part of the 2017 term of GRF Young Scholars Seminars, the program for Turkish undergraduate students from the prominent universities of Turkey and the world, took place on June 3-4-5, 2017 at the Robert College. During the sessions led by GRF Vice-Chairman and President Memduh Karakullukçu, the discussions were based on the articles written by leading academics and intellectuals of the world, and were held with the active as well as sustained participation of the students.
During the remaining sessions, GRF Members, Former Undersecretary of MFA Ambassador (R) Özdem Sanberk, and Founder of the Artificial Intelligence Laboratory of Koç University, Associate Prof. Deniz Yuret gave presentations and shared their assessments on “The Structural Problems of Turkish Foreign Policy” and “The Deep Learning Revolution”, respectively.
