General Framework of the Program
Participants of the GRF Young Professionals Program are individuals for whom it is second nature to think comprehensively, to share their opinions with modesty, and to consider the opinions of others with curiosity. It is crucial for the diversity of the group that participants in the program have different educational backgrounds and pursue different career paths.
Participants are expected to have four years of work experience, and to be no older than 38. Each year, a maximum of 2 qualified participants can be selected for the program without meeting the work experience requirement. Please click here for the list of previous participants.
Each term, the total number of meetings is determined by the number of admitted candidates. The program is comprised of at least four full-day meetings about two months apart. The meetings take place on weekends (Saturday). At each meeting, 2-3 participants will hold presentations on topics related to the below-mentioned theme, and the presentations will be followed by a group discussion.
Meetings for the 2024-2025 term of the program are set to revolve around discussions about the changing dynamics brought on by technological advancements and how they may shape the established social, economic, and political structures.
For their presentations, each participant is assigned with primary and secondary books on the basis of their topic. Participants are expected to read the books, and use them in preparing their presentations.
Participants who complete the program successfully become members of the GRF Community and will have the opportunity to participate in GRF’s various activities and studies, as well as be considered for GRF membership processes.
