Turkish-Russian Relations” Track-II Report Launch

The Joint Report titled “Exploring the Prospects for Russian-Turkish Cooperation in a Turbulent Neighborhood”, prepared by Global Relations Forum and Carnegie Moscow Center, was presented to GRF members and media representatives on October 13, 2014. Following the opening speeches delivered by GRF Vice-Chairman and President Mr. Memduh Karakullukçu and Director of Carnegie Moscow Center Dr. Dmitri Trenin, several members of the working group from both countries received questions relating to bilateral relations as well as the main findings and recommendations of the joint report.
