Energy and Climate Change Task Force report titled “Turkish Energy Strategy in the 21st Century: Weathering Uncertainties and Discontinuities” was presented to GRF members on September 23, 2013. Following the opening speech delivered by Task Force Co-Chair Prof Gülsün Sağlamer, GRF Vice-Chairman & President Mr. Memduh  Karakullukçu, who is also the author of the Task Force report, gave an overview on the main findings and recommendations of the report. Following his presentation, Mr. Karakullukçu received questions from GRF members relating to a wide range of issues covered in the report.
