GRF’s 15th General Assembly

GRF’s 15th General Assembly was held on February 20, 2023, at the Yapi Kredi Plaza. During the General Assembly, Ms. Gülay Barbarasoğlu, Ms. Canan Ediboğlu, Mr. Doğan Taşkent, Ms. İpek Nur Cem Taha and Mr. Rona Yırcalı were unanimously elected to the Board of Directors. Mr. Yırcalı resigned from the Audit Board due to his election to the Board of Directors. Mr. Faik Açıkalın newly elected to the Audit Board in accordance with the resignation of Mr. Yırcalı. Fatih Kemal Ebiçlioğlu was elected in place of Hüsamettin Kavi, who we commemorate with respect once again.

 With the newly elected members, the names of the new Board of Directors are as follows:
