UK Ambassador to Turkey H.E. Richard Moore and Consul-General H.E. Leigh Turner convened with GRF members at a Luncheon on April 17, 2014. Ambassador Moore addressed the issue of why Turkey matters to the UK in terms of security, trade and investment and consular aspects, highlighting UK’s support for Turkey’s accession to the EU. Following the meeting where participants also discussed the recent developments in Ukraine, the Ambassador and the Consul General received a wide range of questions from GRF members.
