Lawrence H. Summers, who served as the Secretary of the Treasury of the United States during the Clinton Administration (1999-2001), President of Harvard University (2001-2006) and the Director of the National Economic Council under the Obama Administration (2009-2011), was GRF’s guest at a Roundtable and luncheon with our Board of Directors and Executive Staff. Prof. Summers shared his assessments on  the current global economic situation, with special emphasis on the ongoing crises in the US and Europe along with possible remedies. Summers also commented on the implications of the current global economic dynamics for Turkey.
