Policy of Zero Problems with Neighbors: A Fresh Strategy?

Council of Ideas is the most recent GRF iniative. The first Council of Ideas meeting took place on May 17 with the participation of two distinguished guest speakers, Mr. İlter Türkmen and Mr. Semih İdiz.

The discussion was based on a report Mr. Türkmen prepared for BİLGESAM on Turkey’s policies in the Middle East in which he argues that the current “Zero Problems Policy” with its neighbors has been a policy of the Turkish Republic since its inception.
