Ayşegül Dicle Aydın, Founder and Managing Partner of ADA Global Partners, addressed GRF and GRF Community members during a roundtable meeting held on November 29, 2024. In her speech, titled "Talent, Management, and Global Turks in a New World Full of Uncertainty and Risks," Ms. Aydın shared the findings of the ‘Global Turks par Excellence’ study. Conducted by the ‘Global Turks’ initiative, which she founded and currently leads, the research maps the talents of 1000 Turks who have demonstrated success on a global scale across 60 countries and identifies the key competencies required to shape the leader of the 21st century. Following her speech, Ms. Aydın answered the participants’ questions.
