Roundtable Meeting with Prof. Ulrich Klüh

Prof. Dr. Ulrich Klüh, former Secretary General of the German Council of Economic Experts (GCEE) and Founding Director of the Center for Sustainable Economic and Corporate Policy (SECP) at Darmstadt University, addressed GRF and GRF Community members at a hybrid roundtable meeting held on October 23, 2024, as part of the activities of the GRF Task Force on "Geopolitics of Green Transformation and Turkey". In his speech titled "The Cost of Inaction: Why Greening the Global Economy Should Be Our Absolute Priority," Prof. Klüh shared his assessments regarding the trajectory of the green transformation. He addressed the risks that might arise, the policies that need to be implemented, and the potential role Turkey could play on both regional and global scales within this context. Following his speech, Prof. Klüh answered the participants’ questions.
