Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of Turkey Ambassador Naci Koru convened with GRF members at a Roundtable on May 8th, 2013. During his presentation, Mr. Koru gave an overview on the recent institutional transformation of Turkey’s Foreign Ministry as well as the underlying principles and new foreign policy tools of Turkey’s revised foreign policy, focusing on the new recruitment policy of the Foreign Ministry. Following his presentation, Mr. Koru received a wide range of questions from GRF members at the luncheon.
