Council of Councils’ (CoC)
Meeting on Crisis in Global Governance and
International Cooperation Report Card Launch
May 12-13, 2015

On May 12, 2015, GRF Vice-Chairman and President Memduh Karakullukçu and Executive Director Nigar Ağaoğulları Yalınkılıç attended the “Council of Councils (CoC) “Report Card on International Cooperation 2014-2015” launch event hosted by the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). The Report Card surveyed members of the Council of Councils from twenty-five countries around the World, among which GRF is a founding member. The Report Card evaluates multilateral efforts to address ten pressing global dilemmas, from nuclear proliferation to climate change. In addition, GRF Vice-Chairman and President Memduh Karakullukçu participated in the panel organized to discuss the Report Card and the the mounting challenges to international cooperation today.
