On January 26, 2018, Dr. Faruk Özlü, Minister of Science, Industry and Technology of Turkey, addressed GRF and GRF community members at a working dinner. In his presentation, Minister Özlü underscored the importance of Industry 4.0 for Turkey and described Turkey’s policies regarding the new industrial revolution. The minister emphasized that Turkey focuses on developing its national capacities rather than relying on technology transfer. Following his speech, Minister Özlü answered the participants’ questions.
