On May 5, 2o17, Mr. Shai Cohen, Consul General of Israel to Istanbul, addressed GRF members within the framework of the GRF Security Roundtable Meetings Series. In his speech entitled “Cyber Security”, Mr. Cohen shared his views on whether and to what extent cyber security is achievable, its use in the context of counter terrorism as well as protective measures against hackers acting for terrorism. Following his presentation, Mr. Cohen answered a wide range of questions from the participants.
