On May 7, 2020, Mr. Ersin Özince, Chairman of the Industrial Development Bank of Turkey (TSKB) addressed GRF and GRF Community members at an online meeting. In his speech, Mr. Özince examined the potential avenues for governments as they acquire debt while managing the crisis brought on by COVID-19, and the various economic dimensions of the COVID-19 pandemic. Following his speech, Mr. Özince answered the participants’ questions.
