Roundtable Meeting with
Prof. Mustafa Aydın,

On February 28, 2020, Prof. Mustafa Aydın, Professor of International Relations at Kadir Has University and President of the International Relations Council of Turkey, addressed GRF and GRF Community members at a roundtable meeting. In his speech, Prof. Aydın shared with the participants the 2019 results of the “Research on Social and Political Trends in Turkey”, an ongoing study since 2010 that aims to measure the changes in the Turkish public’s political, social, economic and cultural agendas. Pointing out that unemployment and terrorism have continued to be the top concerns of the Turkish public in 2019, Prof. Aydın also emphasized that there has been a significant rise in political polarization compared to last year’s results. Following his speech, Prof. Aydın answered the participants’ questions.
