On December 8, 2017, Ambassador (R) Carlos Trezza, Ambassador for Disarmament and Non-Proliferation (F) and Chairman (F) of the Missile Technology Control Regime, addressed GRF and GRF Community members at a Roundtable meeting under the GRF Security Roundtable Meeting Series. During his speech entitled “Nuclear Arms Control and Non-Proliferation: The Good and the Bad News,” Ambassador (R) Trezza recounted major Nuclear Arms Control Treaties since the Non-Proliferation Treaty (1979) and described the improvements in the Nuclear Arms Control Regime as well as various setbacks. Following his speech, the Ambassador (F) answered the participants’ questions.
