On November 6, 2020, Ambassador Jonathan Tow, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Singapore, addressed GRF and GRF Community members. In his speech entitled “Singapore’s Trade and Diplomatic Future Post-COVID 19”, Ambassador Tow introduced Singapore and examined in detail its regional relationships. Stating that the COVID 19 pandemic has accelerated Singapore’s vocational retraining and digital economy programs, Ambassador Tow emphasized that Singapore is always looking to cooperate more closely with its global partners through international institutions like ASEAN. Following his speech, Ambassador Tow answered the participants’ questions.
