On April 15, 2017, Mr. Ahmet Bozer, Former Executive Vice President of The Coca-Cola Company, addressed GRF and GRF community members at a roundtable meeting. In his presentation, Mr. Bozer discussed whether multinational companies can safeguard their global value chains against the recent global socio-economic trends driven by growing protectionism. Mr. Bozer argued that technology will become the main driver of globalization and that the role of multinational firms will probably be secondary. Following his speech, Mr. Bozer answered the participants’ questions.
