On March 11, 2020, Mr. Andrew Clarke, Executive Counsel for Exxon Mobil, addressed GRF and GRF Community members at a roundtable meeting. In his speech about the challenges faced by international investment and its reform processes, Mr. Clarke warned against the politicization of international investment and stressed the importance of international arbitration mechanisms. Following his speech, Mr. Clarke answered the participants’ questions.
